Technical Support and Documentation Writer

We are looking for a detail oriented, very organized individual with good computer usage knowledge. The suscessful candidate should be customer service oriented with very good written and verbal skills. To be able to work without constant supervision, be energetic and serious is absolutely mandatory.

Duties:

  • Software Testing
    • Click on designated buttons and learn the meaning of each function
    • Discover software bugs and record them
    • Evaluate if the software functions as intended
  • Documentation Writing
    • Explain in detail, in writing, all the buttons in the software 
    • Write "how to" questions and answers
    • Explain how the system is working
  • Customer Service/Technical Support
    • Answer client e-mails
    • Answer phone calls regarding system problems
    • Phone clients for clarifying system functions
    • Forward e-mails to programmers when real bugs are detected


Technical Skills Required:

  • Document Formatting
  • Basic Photo Editing

Compensation: $15/Hour

Employment: Part-Time

LMS - More Progress

We have made substantial improvements to the LMS system and we improved the process of getting Online Courses built. We will soon have some sample courses to play with for demo purposes.

mySoccerOffice Improvements

mySoccerOffice has been adapted for youth soccer management. Also the web site managemnt module has been replace with our latest Content Management System, to offer greater flexibility.
