Organizing resources can be time consuming and difficult to accomplish without a proper system. This application provides the tools to easily and efficiently manage the resources in an organization. Some of the features of this system are:

• The resource module allows to enter and organize all resources into different categories. All resources have qualifications, in the sense that each resource has certain “qualities”. Time-off (vacations, maintenance, repair, etc) can also be set, which will affect the resources availability.
• Setting up Agendas will speed up the scheduling process. An agenda is a template of an event. Agendas are made of blocks: time periods within a day. The agenda can span over multiple days.
• Agenda blocks can have qualifications and the type of resources needed.
• Agendas are used to schedule events. By selecting the agenda and the starting date of the event, the system will provide information about resource availability, based on the qualifications match (between agenda blocks and resources) and the time availability of each resource. After the resources are selected for each block as requested by the agenda, the event can be scheduled with a click of a button.
• Events can also be scheduled manually. Each event is made of one or several blocks that can have qualifications. The event can be scheduled based on the needed qualifications and resource availability.
• By using the different views (weekly, monthly, list) and the advanced search the user can filter the events displayed.
• With 3 levels of security the system can provide each user with only the allowed functionality, avoiding costly errors.
• Automated and manual data backup helps in case of hardware failure or data corruption.
