Global TRAcc System

This web-based application provides all the tools to efficiently manage students, courses, registrations, evaluations, etc. Find
below a few of the features of this system:

 

  • Efficiently set up classes based on course templates
  • Organize courses in groups in order to provide programs that include multiple courses
  • Manage all individuals from one central location. An individual can be a student, instructor or contact at the same time, eliminating the need for duplicate entries.
  • Use a recycle bin that stores all deleted Individual and Company profiles until they are permanently deleted or restored.
  • Keep track of employment history, organizational structure and supervisor contacts in one central location, which allows for better data management.
  • Attach notes and files to Individuals and Companies, which provides the means to share and manage additional data.
  • Manage all registrations of individuals into offered classes.
  • The evaluation module allows to keep track of marks for both practical and written exams, generating the appropriate certificates.
  • Certificate Reminders are created in order to notify staff about the expiration of certificates. These notifications are scheduled for 6 months prior expiration.
  • History of previously acquired certificates can also be recorded.
  • Daily reminders can be saved in the system. Using this feature tasks can be easily delegated.
  • History log records when, what and by whom the data was changed
  • Reports like: Student History, Class List, Company history, Instructor History, Class Evaluation, Renewal Report, Safety 2000 Attendance, Supervisor Report, etc. help better organize the business process.
  • Certificates are printed based on the class evaluations. PDF Templates are used to generate Certificates and the system only appends dynamic data.
  • Mailing Labels can be printed, which supports the selection of individual address or supervisor address for fast batch mailing of certificates.
  • XML Import/Export utility to easily transfer data from one system to another.

Client Interface

In here the client can view his/her training history, get notifications about the expiring certificates, view a list of currently offered classes and their location. Clients can request registrations into classes with a couple clicks.

The client site has 3 levels of security: Employee, Operating Centre Supervisor and Company Manager. The employee only sees hi/hers own information, the Operating Center Supervisor can only see the employee he/she supervises in one operating center, while the Company manager can see information regarding all company employees.

mySoccerOffice Improvements

mySoccerOffice has been adapted for youth soccer management. Also the web site managemnt module has been replace with our latest Content Management System, to offer greater flexibility.

LMS - More Progress

We have made substantial improvements to the LMS system and we improved the process of getting Online Courses built. We will soon have some sample courses to play with for demo purposes.
