19 mySoccerOffice mySoccerOffice is a powerful and flexible web-based application which greatly improves the way amateur soccer is managed. It provides all the tools to better track statistics and season history, schedule games and fields, manage individuals and teams, and it greatly improves the process of dealing with disciplinary issues.
Modular System
mySoccerOffice is built using a modular approach and has pre-built modules for all kinds of data you may need to record and track for your soccer league. Additional modules can be easily built and added to the application to suit your particular needs.
- Individuals Module – Allows administration staff to keep track of all details about players and coaches: contact information, history, stats, discipline. The individual overview page provides a summary of all the relevant information about an individual.
- Teams Module – Efficiently manages all the teams, tracking stats and history. In this module players and coaches can be added to the team’s roster. The system tracks team ownership and contact point information and can generate reports and ID cards for all members of the team.
- Divisions Module – Provides the means of setting up seasons, leagues and divisions. This is also where teams are assigned to divisions. Full details of each division are archived for easy history tracking. A powerful auto-scheduling engine can save you hundreds of hours of scheduling work as it schedules hundreds of games in a matter of moments, taking into consideration fields, blackouts, and so on.
- Fields Module – Provides the means of keeping track of fields, when they are available and when and where games are scheduled.
- Game Module – The system can auto-schedule games based on the field availability, division game day (or alternate game day), number of teams in the division, number of rounds to be played, team rank/level. Auto-scheduled games can then be edited to allow for exceptions to the usual rules. Once a game has been played, the its game sheet becomes available and can be used to enter players who scored, cards received, etc. Through the game sheet you can also add trialist players to the game sheet.
- Discipline Module – Provides the means to keep track of all discipline issues regarding players and teams. Using a template based punishment for the type of misconduct will allow the system to automatically e-mail the coach and the player the suspension period.
- Notes Module – Notes can be tagged on to any team or individual allowing you to add ANY information you may need to. You can add multiple notes to each individual or team - just like sticky notes for your electronic records!
Connected
mySoccerOffice connects with your other systems, with your players and with your staff.
- Player & Coach Private Sites - Each coach and player has access to a private site through which they can view relevant statistics and, in the case of coaches, manage their teams.
- Import Functionality – Fields, individuals, teams can all be imported into the system automatically, making it easy to switch to mySoccerOffice. Import is done through widely-compatible CSV files which can be generated by most major applications. Adding thousands of players, fields or teams can be done in a matter of moments.
- E-mail Notices - The system can notify your staff via email when specific events occur (such as a new request being made by a player). Different notices can be sent to different email addresses to spread out workload or reach the appropriate staff member.
- Newsletter Broadcast – Create and save newsletters and broadcast criterias then broadcast through e-mail to your players and coaches. Reach a large audience with little effort and save your newsletters and criteria for future use.
- Reports – Most areas of the system allow you to download reports in PDF format, allowing you to easily save, distribute or print the data in the system.
- On-line Payments – The system can integrate an on-line merchant account to process credit card payments of registrations, transfers, etc.
Flexible, Safe & User Friendly
Flexibility and customizability have been key factors in every decision we've made as we've designed and built the system. Modules can be created and added to accomodate even the need for large additions to the system and our innovative plugin-based system allows almost any facet of the system to be fine-tuned to your needs.
- Plugins – We've built mySoccerOffice from the ground up to support plugins. Almost every aspect of the system can be modified through plugins, making it possible to accomodate your specific rules, no matter what they are. Plugins mean any changes require much less work, and are thus far less expensive.
- Website Content Management – mySoccerOffice is feature-packed and includes our powerful and easy to use content management system, enabling it to act as a back-end for your website. Sections like News, Events, Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, Links, Contact Information, Forms, can all be edited using this module. This is also where you can manage the sponsor banners that will show on your site.
- Backup Module – The system provides an easy way to backup your data and uploaded files, keeping your work safe. Backups can be downloaded, emailed, saved to a file or transferred through FTP.
- System Options - An options page allows you to set many options which govern the behavior of the system, such as email addresses to send notifications to, the number of records shown on each page and so on.
- Built-in Help - a built in Help module, provides you and your staff with a complete instruction manual right in your browser, ready to view whenever needed without interrupting your work.

3 Saturday, February 21st, 2009 mySoccerOffice Improvements mySoccerOffice has been adapted for youth soccer management. Also the web site managemnt module has been replace with our latest Content Management System, to offer greater flexibility.
2 Saturday, December 13th, 2008 LMS - More Progress We have made substantial improvements to the LMS system and we improved the process of getting Online Courses built. We will soon have some sample courses to play with for demo purposes.
